Jane’s Walk Aquidneck Island for all
May 3 + 4 ,2025
Jane’s Walk is a movement of free, neighbor-led walking conversations inspired by Jane Jacobs. Anybody can lead a Jane’s Walk. The festival encourages people to share stories about their neighborhoods, discover unseen aspects of their communities, and use walking as a way to connect with their neighbors.
Thanks to everyone who participated in the 2024 Festival. We’ve posted reflections and photos of the 2024 walks and we hope you put the 2025 dates in your calendar!
All walks are designed and led by community members. There’s no requirements other than interest. We’ll need walk leaders in 2025, so be in touch if you’d like to be added to the Jane’s Walk list.
Our 2024 Jane’s Walk Festival Aquidneck was a weekend of walks exploring a range of topics concerning our community led by our neighbors. All walks were free of charge and open to anyone.
